Does Costco ship to the UAE?
Short answer
Get it through a buy-it-for-me service. The quote below from Costco's own policy explains why ordering to a US address yourself may not work for the UAE.
What Costco says
“We are unable to deliver to APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, freight forwarders (mail drop locations), or international addresses.”
From Costco's own policy page, checked Oct 16, 2026.
Getting Costco orders to the UAE
- Customs exemption: Since 3 August 2026, Dubai Customs raised the e-commerce exemption to AED 1,000 (excluding tobacco and alcohol). Check which emirate your parcel arrives in.
- VAT: 5% VAT generally applies to imports.
- Currency: US stores charge in dollars; your bank converts to dirhams and may add a foreign transaction fee.
