Does Apple ship to Brazil?
Short answer
Get it through a buy-it-for-me service. The quote below from Apple's own policy explains why ordering to a US address yourself may not work for Brazil.

“[Apple Community reply] You can NOT order products from the US Store and have them shipped to a freight forwarder or to an address outside of the US.”

Getting Apple orders to Brazil
- Import tax: US stores and services are usually not part of Remessa Conforme, so import tax is 60% of product + shipping + insurance, with no discount.
- ICMS: Your state also charges 17% to 20% ICMS, paid on the Correios or carrier site before delivery.
- Currency: Stores charge in US dollars; your card adds IOF and converts to reais.
